Magistrates Travel & Subsistence Rates 10/11 – Rates Review

 

Representations by the Magistrates Association and National Bench Chairmen’s Forum to Her Majesty’s Courts Service (HMCS) in light of recent unprecedented rises in petrol prices, have resulted in an amendment to the current prevailing rates for motor vehicle allowance (MVA).  The new rates are effective from the 1st SEPTEMBER 2010
